Welding

We welding for products that cannot be produced by compression molding nor injection molding.
By using our own technique, we can achieve a 10 times higher weld strength.
As the Fluorocarbon material does not conduct electricity, we use a welding rod made of PFA to insert high temperature air to melt the surface of the material.

The welding of Fluorocarbon material is strongly influenced by the temperature and the hot air and the strength applied. All these processes are carried on carefully so that there are now flaws in the final product.
