Technical information
Machining
This is the process which shapes the product out of a material. By using our own technology and our original techniques we create high quality products.
Injection molding
We use our advanced injection molding techniques to create several kinds of engineering plastic products.
Isostatic pressing
This technique using high pressure can reduce the porosity of the material making it uniformed. Also, by using a rubber made mold, it can shape the material making it extremely close to the final product.
Compound
By adding different fillings and additives to the fluorocarbon material, different kinds of new materials are created.Compression molding
This is the direct compression molding technique. Resin materials are added to the mold to perform the momlding.
Lapping
This is a machining process that is used to obtain high surface roughness.
Lapping
This technique shapes the material without scrapping the any part of it. The loss of material is minimum making it very cost-effective.
Ryflon
This is an original technique that joins fluorocarbon with engineering plastics without using any adhesive.
Welding
Welding technique is also used for some fluorocarbon resin applications.
Contact melting
This technique is used for bonding plastic materials.
